1. Firstly download opera handler from here :http://linkshrink.net/7fhadp
2.Install it
3.open it and now put child unlock code www.nextwap.net
4.Now the menu will be unlocked and select proxy server as host not realhost
5.put proxy as blog.twitter.com
6.now save it and enjoy!!!
Note : you need to activate twitter unlimited pack to get free internet in opera handler.
Also your balance must be zero else background processes will eat up all your balance :).
