OMG..!! where is this going ,recently Facebook CEO Mark
Zuckerberg’s accounts were hacked. Sundar Pichai’s Quora account has been hacked by OurMine
team.
The same team which hacked Zuck’s Twitter and Pinterest accounts .The
hacker team posted messages on Twitter account of Sundhar
Pichai though his Quora account .His
Quora account was synced with Twitter account, so Ourmine team was able to get
access to broadcast their victory over
508,000 of Pichai’s followers.
The tweets were removed in a short span of time. The most
peculiar and interesting is the reason for hack. The main difference between
other hacker teams and OurMine is that they don’t hack for data, revenge or for no reason (some people just want the
world to burn :P).They hack to show the vulnerabilities in the security system.
It isn’t clear how this team is gaining access to social media accounts.
OurMine team is a team of three members(must be high end
players).The posts by OurMine team on victims accounts state that they are
testing the level of security.They have posted links which lands to them ,
where you can pay them to keep to accounts secure charging upto $5000.
The one thing which tingles me is that people
like Mark Zuckerberg,Sundar pichai,Daniel Ek have the top level security ,their
accounts are hacked as easy as pie, anyone say me just ”How secure are
we?”
